In BJJ (Gi & No Gi), students will move outside of the basic techniques taught in the BJJ Fundamentals class. We conclude each class with approximately 15-30 minutes of rolling (aka sparring).
Although this class is open to all students, we recommend that students who are new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu attend the BJJ Fundamentals class first because the techniques that are shown in the BJJ (Gi & No Gi) typically build and expand upon the basic techniques taught in the BJJ Fundamentals class.
